The GREATEST Roadmap

Truthfully speaking parenting in the early years can feel like beautiful chaos. One moment you're singing the ABCs and the next you're trying to deal with a toddler’s meltdown in the supermarket. No one hands you a step-by-step guide when you become a parent. But what if you had a roadmap—not for perfection, but for intention?

That’s why I created the GREATEST framework. It’s a simple, heartfelt guide to help you stay grounded and connected as you raise your little one. Think of it as your guide to assist in getting answers to parenting issues.

This journey is not about getting everything “right.” It is about being present with purpose and love.

What is the GREATEST Roadmap?

The GREATEST framework is built around 8 powerful themes that support your child’s early development—and your parenting confidence. Here's what it stands for:

  • G – Growth
Children learn and grow through play! Support their physical, emotional, and mental development by letting them explore, create, and be curious.
  • R – Relationship and Routine
Hugs, eye contact, bedtime snuggles—these things matter. Strong bonds and simple routines help children feel safe, loved, and secure.
  • E – Engagement and Expression
Your presence is powerful. Whether it’s talking, listening, or helping your child name their feelings, you are laying the foundation for communication and emotional health.
  • A – Active Learning
Got a curious kid? That’s gold. Ask questions and celebrate effort more than the outcome. You’re building critical thinkers with kind hearts.
  • T – Thriving Health and Time for Connection
Healthy sleep, yummy food, outdoor play, and time spent with your child. These are not extras. They are essential ingredients for lifelong well-being.
  • E – Encouraging Independence and Emotional Growth
Let them try; fail and grow. Gently support them as they learn to make choices, solve problems, and bounce back.
  • S – Social Skills and Strong Resilience
From sharing toys to saying “I’m sorry,” social learning starts early. Help your child build empathy, confidence, and the skills to navigate relationships.
  • T – Temperament
Every child is wired a little differently. Understanding your child’s personality helps you connect with patience, grace, and love.

A Journey Worth Taking

If you’re thinking, “This all sounds great, but real life is messy”—you’re right. That’s the beauty of the GREATEST framework. It meets you where you are. It’s flexible, real, and rooted in what matters most: connection, growth, and love.
